our caravan is 3 bedroom ,sleeps 6
The caravan is fully equipped for all your self catering needs
Large gated decking to the side & front. Table & chairs to enjoy the uninterupted sea view
caravan is 2 mins from the main complex, children park area, crazy golf.bungy jumping.


1 £50 deposit is required to secure holiday date. Dates will only be held with deposit.This deposit is non refundable


2.Full payment is required 6 weeks before holiday date.

3.check in time after 2pm check out time 10.30am

4.Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside the caravan

5.Strictly NO PETS , some people who stay in our caravan have allergies.terms & conditions will be broken if dogs are in the caravan.

6.Srictly No charging of electric vehicles.

7.play passes not included in price .can be purchased at reception

8. couples & families only .No groups allowed.


9.The main guest must be over 18 years of age

10 Only guests registered to stay in the caravan are allowed to stay. please remove your food from fridge & cupboards.
