What's your favourite Aromatherapy oil?
I loved training as an Aromatherapist. I studied 2 years full time at college and then when I graduated I studied open university for further education and qualifications.
I absolutely love essential oils.

Peppermint – Fresh, minty, and energizing. Helps with focus and tension headaches.
How to Use
Diffusers: Add water + a few drops to fill a room with good vibes.
Topical use: Always dilute with a carrier oil before applying to skin.
Aromatic: Inhale a drop on a tissue for a quick mood shift.
Natural Repellent: use with water shake before use to repel spiders and insects.

Essential oils are natural, but they’re not harmless and can be toxic if not used correctly. Always dilute them in a carrier oil, do a patch test, and keep them away from pets and kids.
