What's your favourite Aromatherapy oil?
I loved training as an Aromatherapist. I studied 2 years full time at college and then when I graduated I studied open university for further education and qualifications.
I absolutely love essential oils.
Here's a little bit about a few of the many essential oils ❤️

🌿 Aromatherapy Essential Oils

Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that capture the natural scent, properties and benefits of flowers, herbs, roots, and trees. A few drops can help you relax, focus, feel energized, or just make your space smell amazing.

Essential oils are extracted through methods like steam distillation or cold pressing. Because they’re super concentrated, a little goes a long way ,the oils are powerful.

Peppermint Oil & What it's known For

Peppermint – Fresh, minty, and energizing. Helps with focus and tension headaches.

How to Use
Diffusers: Add water + a few drops to fill a room with good vibes.
Topical use: Always dilute with a carrier oil before applying to skin.
Aromatic: Inhale a drop on a tissue for a quick mood shift.
Natural Repellent: use with water shake before use to repel spiders and insects.

⚠️ Safety First
Essential oils are natural, but they’re not harmless and can be toxic if not used correctly. Always dilute them in a carrier oil, do a patch test, and keep them away from pets and kids.

What Is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a Holistic therapy that uses specific points on the feet, hands, and ears and these points correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, it stimulates the reflex points .Reflexology aims to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Reflexology is an excellent treatment to help digestion and the lymphatic system.
Reflexology to help reduce stress, ease tension, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being. This therapy supports physical and emotional balance.
Note. If you do not like your feet being touched then hand reflexology works the same.
