We are back - another 8 week block begins on February the 21st. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏾

Mondays at Oriam is a class for all primary school aged children. The theme for the first week back, by popular request is - Sonic The Hedgehog 🦔.

We will be adding some mindful arts and crafts to our yoga practice this term. Make space on the fridge for your child’s next masterpiece 🖼

Mondays at 4pm *Thursday class is cancelled momentarily with plans to return in May*

this is so important. Yesterday in class one of my students wasn’t feeling like their normal happy self, they were very tired after the warm up and told me that school had been “a bit much today” it was Monday after all and we’ve all been there. I gave them the option to remain in savasana until they felt ready to join in. They were surprised that they weren’t being forced to participate but with a little reassurance relaxed and came back to us at the end to join in with a listening game. One of our key values in childrens yoga is promoting mindfulness and sometimes the mind just requires a little time out…
