made my very first loaf of bread… and honestly, I don’t think it’s too bad for attempt number one! 🍞✨

There’s something so satisfying about baking your own bread from scratch a bit of guesswork, and that amazing smell filling the kitchen.

Now I’m thinking about trying sourdough next… 👀

We’ve been intentionally quiet… but it was all part of the plan.

We wanted brighter days, a fresh new year, and the good fortune of the Fire Horse behind us. 🔥🐎

Now the timing feels just right.

On 7th March, we’re officially opening our Horncastle clinic — a town famous for its rich horse-trading heritage, and now the home of our next chapter in performance, recovery and health.

A new year.
A powerful new cycle.
And a clinic rooted in a town built on horsepower.

Our new Horncastle clinic is ready to open…
The waiting list is in place. Everything’s prepared.
But we’re not rushing….

January has flown by (seriously… where did the time go?!), and between an intense humanitarian schedule, work that truly needed our full attention, and the great British weather doing what it does best we’re choosing to give it a proper open day, not hurriedly.

So 👀 keep a look out as we haven’t announced the opening date yet…. But we thought we could update you on….

The sign is up, and the open day is fast approaching. We haven’t announced it just yet—but that’s coming very soon. A few final finishing touches remain, but we’re nearly there. We can’t wait to share our brand-new concept with you. 🩷🩷🩷

Chalky is such a lovely boy 💙 Did you know that next month we’re incredibly lucky to be celebrating him turning 16 years young?

We know dogs aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but Chalky really does live here — and during Covid, he truly came into his own. He opened his home and his heart to people who couldn’t access doctors’ appointments, those needing support to manage pain, and anyone who was struggling with isolation during a very difficult time.

So for those who are new to our community, we’d love to properly introduce you to Chalky — a gentle soul, a constant companion, and very much part of our family 🐾
