Healthy, Clean, Protein Packed Meal Preps to pre-order online and get delivered direct to your door!

Kitchen 52 is situated in the heart of Newark town centre and was the town’s first and only healthy fast food take away when we opened in October 2017

In our first year of trading we achieved above and beyond what we set out to do. We attracted star studded clients such as Olympic Gold Medallists, a variety of professional footballers, World Champion boxers, British Champion Power Lifters, and professional athletes from right across the midlands and afar.

Although the shop fronted as a take away, it was clear to see the popularity of our 'Meal Prep' menu rise rapidly and in the back of our minds it had become an option to take the Kitchen to a Meal Prep Only Business one day in the future.

With the popularity and the media attention of our now famous Meal Preps, came the rewards, and in August 2018 we were appointed official food supplier to Lincoln City Football Club, which to date is one of our proudest achievements.

The Kitchen hasn't stopped reaping the rewards though, and in September 2018 we were honoured to receive the 'Best Healthy Cafe in Nottinghamshire ' and 'Customer Service Excellence Award' in the 2018 Food and Drinks awards by Lux Lifestyle Magazine

With the obvious success of the Kitchen and the demand for our award winning meal preps from right across the midlands, we sadly outgrew the take away aspect and have switched to a meal prep only business.

Following the switch to a Meal Prep Only Business, Kitchen 52 were nominated for the prestigious ‘Newark Business Awards Best Start Up’ Award, and in April 2019 were named one of three finalists from hundreds of nominations.

Amazingly we were later awarded this amazing accolade at a prestigious gala dinner for the Newark Business Awards 2019, taking home the ‘Best Start Up Business 2019’

But do not fear!! We are still providing a regular food service to the public! And all of our tasty meals that were once on our 'take away menu' are now available to pre-order for collection or delivery as part of the new business model, and from our new location delivering food across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, focusing mostly on the Newark, Retford and Worksop areas.

Whether you’re into your fitness, somebody wanting to lose a few pounds before your holiday, or you just enjoy eating clean … we cater for all your needs and eliminate the inconvenience of locating that healthy low fat meal or snack on your lunch break!
