What is the one thing you love most about our community? "There’s nothing quite like a sunny afternoon in Kings Park, is there? 🌸 Many of our clients tell us stories of the old paddling pool and the Sunday bandstand concerts that used to bring the whole of Retford together.

The A-Team of Safety!

Say hello to our Moving & Handling Specialists Dawn and Azeez, the experts keeping our team safe and our standards high.

While our care happens out in the community, the magic starts right here in our office training suite.

Dawn and Azeez ensure every carer, from new starters to seasoned pros is a master of:

* Safely and proficiently using moving and handling equipment like hoists and slide sheets.
* Making sure every client feels safe and comfortable and heard.
* Teaching safe techniques, protecting our carers’ backs so they can stay healthy and happy!

From induction week to yearly refreshers, we don’t just meet the standards, we set them.

❄️ We Showed Up

Through the snow and ice, our care didn't skip a beat.

The snow was heavy, the roads were icy, and the temperatures dropped, but our team didn't slow down. ❄️🚗

While the weather kept most people indoors last week, our dedicated caregivers were out across North Nottinghamshire ensuring every single one of our clients was safe, warm, and well-fed. From scraping windshields at 6:00 AM to navigating side streets that hadn't been ploughed, our team went above and beyond to make sure no call went uncovered.

We are so proud of our "Winter Heroes" who proved that no matter the weather, our commitment to our clients remains frozen in place.

To our clients and their families: Thank you for trusting us to be there, rain or shine (or snow!).
And to our caregivers: You are the absolute best in the business. 💙

* Onboarding with Mel and Dale: Once you’ve had your interview, Mel and Dale take the lead. They will guide you through the rest of the recruitment process, help you organize your documents, and ensure you are booked for all your mandatory training.
