Stacey, our Director, and Michelle have had a lovely busy day out meeting some of the incredible people we support… and plenty of their furry companions too! 🐾💛🤍🩶

Days like this remind us what our S.M.I.L.E values look like in real life:

Step Up – taking the time to visit, connect and understand what matters most to each person.

Make it Personal – because caring for someone often means caring for their beloved pets too.

Include Everyone – pets are part of the family, and they’re a big part of people’s daily comfort and wellbeing.

Little Things Matter – a quick stroke, fresh water, or knowing a pet’s routine makes a huge difference.

Earn Trust – by showing we genuinely care about every part of someone’s life, not just the essentials.

For many people we support, their fur babies are their companions for the rest of the day when we’re not there. That’s why it’s so important to us that we not only care for the person, but that we support and look after their furry friends as well.

🌟 Meet Stacey 🌟

Stacey has over 23 years of experience in social care, and her journey started as a support worker. With hard work and dedication, she quickly progressed into management roles, later becoming a Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, and, since 2018, a social care consultant supporting services across the UK to improve the quality of care they provide.
She has also worked closely with Local Authorities during times of change.

Stacey’s experience means she understands what good care looks like at every level, from supporting people directly, to leading teams, to helping organisations achieve the best possible standards.
