What a gorgeous afternoon at The Barket dog market 🐾✨
It was so lovely meeting so many beautiful dogs and their humans, sharing about natural support and how essential oils can gently complement their wellbeing. Seeing those wagging tails, curious noses and calm little faces makes my heart so happy 🥰
I loved chatting about canine aromatherapy, personalised roller blends and how we can support emotions, skin, joints and overall balance in a natural way. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Willow Holistics table, asked questions, signed up and shared your stories with me 💜

I am beyond proud of Emily for completing her Sacred Scent Star Healing™ Practitioner Training.
This journey isn’t just about learning techniques. It’s about growth, courage, stepping into your light and trusting your own healing gifts. Emily has shown such dedication, openness and heart throughout this training, and it’s been an absolute honour to guide her.

Have you ever noticed how cats seem to wander into other people’s gardens… sit quietly… and then leave again?

Cats are natural healers, guardians of frequency, and keepers of ancient wisdom. They move instinctively toward homes, people, and places where healing is needed. Without words, without effort, they anchor calm, protection, and balance simply by being.
They absorb heavy energy, soothe emotional fields, and gently recalibrate the space around them. Many cats are drawn to homes where someone is grieving, unwell, overwhelmed, or going through change — acting as silent companions and energetic protectors 🖤
