Yesterday, myself and Louise had the deepest honour of holding a Field of Light ceremony for Woody and the herd.
A Field of Light ceremony is a sacred space where we intentionally create a loving, high-vibrational container around an animal and their herd. It is a blend of communication, sound, prayer, energy healing, and anointing — all offered with deep respect — to support transition, emotional processing, and connection within the herd dynamic.
We stepped into the space gently, first communicating with the horses — letting them know what was happening, why we were there, and inviting them to share how they were feeling. They were so aware, so present. You could feel the shift as they understood.
We created a beautiful container of energy around Woody and the others — a space of safety, love, and permission.
Healing sounds carried softly through the barn, vibration moving through the air and into their bodies. We shared the St Francis prayer, calling in peace, compassion, and gentle transition. The atmosphere felt still, almost sacred.
Each horse was acknowledged. Each heart was seen.
We anointed them tenderly, allowing the oils to be part of the ceremony — offered with deep respect and attunement. They chose how close they wanted to come. They chose how they wished to receive.
Woody felt held. The herd felt connected. Even though there would be moments of separation, energetically they were woven together in light.
It wasn’t just a ceremony.
It was presence.
It was love in action.
It was honouring the herd dynamic and the soul journey unfolding.
Sometimes, the greatest gift we can give is simply to create a field of love and let them stand within it 🤍✨

Sweet Candy had been showing subtle signs of discomfort… not quite herself, a little unsettled through her tummy area.
Through gentle healing and communication, she shared she felt she had a “water infection.” In horses, urinary discomfort can sometimes mimic colic symptoms — restlessness, abdominal sensitivity, changes in behaviour. Of course, veterinary guidance is always important when symptoms arise, and holistic support can gently work alongside this.
I created a blend of Juniper Berry, Geranium and Copaiba — and the most beautiful part? Candy self-selected them. She kicked her lips and leaned in softly, confirming they were exactly what her body needed 🤍
🌿 Juniper Berry is traditionally used to support kidney function and the body’s natural detoxification pathways. It encourages healthy fluid balance and cleansing of the urinary system.
🌿 Geranium supports overall urinary tract health and brings balancing, harmonising support to both the physical body and emotions.
🌿 Copaiba is especially supportive for urinary infections due to its high beta-caryophyllene content. It helps soothe irritated tissues, supports the body’s inflammatory response, and promotes comfort within the urinary tract.
Together, this blend gently supports the kidneys and urinary system while bringing calm and ease to the whole body.
After her session, Candy’s energy softened, her body relaxed, and there was a visible shift in her comfort.
Our horses are incredibly intuitive. When we listen, they guide us exactly where we need to go 💛
