Our guided nature & forest therapy helps you to step out of your busy world and back to nature. It helps you to slow down and re align with the pace and rhythm of nature. Deepening your connection with nature and the more than human world and with everything that is around you. Inspired by scientific backed shinrin yoku the benefits include lowering stress levels, boosting your immune system and rebalancing blood pressure - these are just a few of the physiological benefits that can be attained. This reflection from Dr. Qing Li, Physician, university professor, and specialist in forest medicine,
reminds us of nature’s capacity to support human health through mindful forest bathing.

Trees release phytoncides that have been shown to support immune function, while the slower
pace of time spent in the forest helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, easing
stress and tension.

Reconnection to oneself emerges through sensory engagement with the living world — trees,
plants, birds, and the many beings of the forest — inviting presence, relationship, and
awareness.

For those seeking calm, Forest Therapy offers a gentle, relational path to well-being.

I am delighted to be able to offer this certified training in the UK.
A hybrid learning experience over 6 months; via our training hub, live online calls and a 5 day in-person intensive.

This course has been accredited by the CMA (complementary medicine association) as an assurance of quality.

Includes essential reading, underpinning knowledge, competencies, practise and building confidence.

I have intentionally kept this course cost lower than most training schools to make it as accessible as possible.

Small cohorts of a maximum of 12 people a year.

Our emotional wellbeing overflows into every area of our life. Sometimes we just can not make our transformations alone. We all need someone. Connection to like minded people is so important. We offer a local community, workshops classes and retreats to help facilitate this and to share our journey, wisdoms, support and comfort along the way.
