Top tips about how best to use the Calming Cookies 🍪

Calming Cookies for your horse

🍪 Please give one as soon as you can. Top up at anytime during the day and 6 can be given in a 24 hour period. You can give 2 Calming Cookies at the time if needed. They take around 45 mins to get absorbed into their system and will last around 3 to 4 hours.

Please capture your horse before the adrenaline kicks in for the products to work as they are completely natural. The Calming Cookies don’t sedate but will help your horse to stay calm and happy.

🍪 Calming Powder can be double dosed and topped up every 2 to 3 hours. Calming Powder and Calming Cookies work well together so you can top up with the Calming Cookies at anytime if extra support is required. And it is a great way to give a little treat

K9 Calming Cookies 🐶
Please start the loading dose as soon as possible. The K9 Calming Cookies can be topped up at anytime. Please follow the weight guidelines on the pouch.

You can give a horse calming cookie to your dog but in very small amounts please as the horse calming cookies contain a higher level of zinc which can be harmful to some dogs.

Please do not feed the human Kalm Cookies to your dog as they contain chocolate chips.

Please have one or two as soon possible to support you and you can top up at anytime during the day. You can have 6 Kalm Cookies within a 24 hour period. A general guide for the human Kalm is around 30 mins to take an effect.

DISCLAIMER: It’s always best to chat through your individual management and circumstances with our team but here’s an example of how economical this has been for a lot of our customers so far:

Roger is a 525kg horse in light/medium work (hacking and schooling 4-5 x per week) with access to 24/7 forage - out in the day, in at night. Roger requires just under half a Stubbs scoop (600-750g per feed) in the morning and again in the evening. Roger does not need a huge trug of food, he’s very happy with this portion size and will not hate you for adjusting the volume in the bowl.

That volume would provide Roger with a fully balanced vitamin and mineral ration with high oil content, excellent quality fibre and gut support for a healthy horse.

1 bag will last him between 10 days - 2 weeks depending on condition and external temperatures/management.

We’ve got 100s of happy horses on this feed now and can confirm that they are all thriving! There’s nothing like it!
