My name is Matt. I am a qualified massage therapist who specializes in sports and relaxation massage. I have always had a passion for health and fitness. I personally felt the benefits of massage since sustaining several injuries including an ACL reconstruction. After this major surgery and a recovery programme, I have been able to continue to enjoy my hobbies and its that freedom from pain, which drives me to help others to achieve the lifestyle they choose without the discomfort.

Heat cramps are painful muscle spasms caused by dehydration and electrolyte loss. They can be brought about by strenuous activity in this heat

Muscles need water to stay healthy and sweating can result in a loss of electrolytes which are essential for muscle maintenance.
