Can't put into words how proud I am of these ladies and this team. It's been a pleasure to work with them on their nutrition. This weekend, saw the second leg of the European 7s Trophy. After giving it their all, they came second overall and achieved their aim of promotion to the Championship next season where they will play the likes of France and Team GB. This time last week, I was halfway through Day One if supporting Denmark 7s Women at The Nordic Cup. By the end, the Development Team won their cup, and the Performance Team narrowly missed out in the final against Sweden, losing on points difference.

People noticed both teams were different and had stepped up a level.

I was asked by the key sponsor if I was going with the team to the Euros.

These girls are awesome. Next up, they go to Amsterdam. Nutrition tips and advice will be heading their way. I can't wait to continue working with them. , , 🏉, .

This time last year I decided to step way out of my comfort zone and it is to do with Rugby

The Women's Rugby World Cup is happening in the UK in 2025 and the RFU want more women involved in Coaching and Reffing. Hence the 2025 Impact program was born. Last year I applied to be a part of the program and succeded. I embarked on my Referee Award and I have to say it has been a wonderfully exhilarating full of ups and downs. I have met a group of supportive people too. As a result of joining the Impact program my training was paid for too.
