Wow guys, it’s been an emotional week….having rebranded I needed to get my socials and web stuff organised, first step was updating my google account, I reached out to my regular clients asking them if they’d be happy to leave me a google review 🥹 not going to lie reading how reflexology has impacted your lives, how coming to see me weekly, fortnightly, monthly or adhoc has improved their lives in so many ways was so emotional. I strive to be the best I can in all areas of my life but being able to help people through reflexology in the same way it helped me and changed my life has been all I’ve ever wanted, it’s what I’ve worked so hard for over the last few years. Consistency is key guys…whether your appointments are weekly, fortnightly or monthly, consistency is key! Carving out that time for you is so important. Valuing yourself and your wellbeing is key to how you feel and how you manage your day to day. Allowing your body to fully relax during treatments, helping it to rebalance, to de-stress and ease anxiety will help you feel calmer and more in control on a day to day basis. Positive, helpful and sustainable habits are what it’s about! Guys, get yourself booked in, let’s reserve you a regular slot that is always ready and waiting for you! My fertility reflexology is so much more than just reflexology, it’s about education, it’s about understanding your body and your cycle, it’s about emotional support and a safe space to unload. There’s so many aspects to conceiving a baby and learning about your cycle and body is the first step, we look at lifestyle, diet, stress levels. We can work on regulating irregular cycles, I can teach you how to track ovulation so you aren’t missing your fertile window (so much more common than people realise!) and provide you with all the information, guidance and support you may need. From stress and anxiety relief, digestive issues, congestion including sinuses, support with sleep, perimenopause…the list is endless. My clients don’t just receive a weekly, fortnightly or monthly treatment, they receive regular check ins, selfcare videos, links to resources that are helpful for them and a listening ear! 👣

Hi, I’m Sarah 👋🏼
I’m a reflexologist specialising in women’s health including fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, emotional health as well as babies, toddlers and children 🤍

I support women through fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause and emotional wellbeing, and I also work gently with little ones — helping babies and children with relaxation, sleep, emotional regulation and general wellbeing.

I work with clients who feel out of sync — whether that’s hormonal changes, anxiety, stress, exhaustion, or navigating the challenges of early parenthood. My work is calm, nurturing and always led by what the body needs.

Reflexology offers a gentle way to support the nervous system, encourage balance and create space to pause — for both adults and children ✨

I am a Mum of 4 children so understand how demanding life can be — the mental load, the exhaustion, the hormonal shifts and the constant caring for everyone else. My work is rooted in compassion, calm and real-life understanding.

This space is for education, reassurance and reminding you that support doesn’t have to be invasive or overwhelming.

No new year, new me…it will be the same commitment, determination, hardwork and motivation as it is every year, with a focus on being present, enjoying the now and trusting the process. I’ll continue celebrating the highs and working through the lows and all the learning that comes with those. One foot in front of the other, always. Merry Christmas from our family to yours…what a year it’s been!
Thank you to all my lovely clients for your support this year, I’ve loved all your treatments and our conversations, I’m thankful for you all. This year has been busy and next year is looking even busier!
I am so looking forward to some time with my 4 guys and our family, catching up with our loved ones and generally just slowing down…
