Also 2 places on our Heart & Soul Retreat Day on Saturday 6 December, 9:30am - 3:30pm, a day of gentle yoga, relaxation, creativity, wellbeing, delicious food, nature, essential oils, aroma yoga and a sound bath ❤️

An incredible evening last night at St Georges Church, a community Sound Bath held inside the beautiful church itself ✨

We had twinkly lights, lanterns and candles everywhere which created the most beautiful atmosphere.

38 lovely people came with their mats, blankets and cushions and created lovely little nests to relax in to.

I started with a guided relaxation before the crystal bowls, chimes and koshi bells took over. The overall sound was just magical.

Afterwards Linda, the amazing church warden who came up with this great collaboration idea, served teas which created a lovely welcoming social togetherness. ❤️

Thank you everyone, for helping raise funds for the church, Linda and I will definitely be running this event again next year. X

Wow, what a stunning autumnal day for our Forest Bathing this afternoon in the woods at Treetops 🧡💛🌿 the colours were stunning, the birds were singing, the breeze was cascading the leaves onto us and the temperature was just right.

The group enjoyed some forest invitations that used their senses, they enjoyed some autumnal journaling, some investigations into the forest floor and getting to know the trees.

We had time for nettle and peppermint tea, flapjacks and chat before settling down for some relaxation watching the sky above and enjoyed some breathwork techniques.

Thank you for coming, it was such a pleasure to spend such a beautiful afternoon with you in such a special place. 🍂🌳☀️

The start of our festive classes at Treetops today. 🎄🪩

We welcomed Charlotte for our Festive & Sparkly Macrame Day. The opportunity to create two of her makes in one day with a delicious cosy autumnal lunch in between.

The morning was about learning 2 knots to make the sparkly plant hanger, we worked from frames for this which were so useful! Plenty of help from Charlotte checking our knots were all twisting the right way, if at all!

Lunch with fizz, was carrot, chestnut and sage soup with warm freshly baked sourdough, followed by warm raspberry and coconut sponge with custard. Comfort food at its finest! ❤️

The afternoon was a longer session to macrame knots around the wreath frame and choose from Charlotte's huge supply of decorations whilst getting to grips with the glue gun 🔫

I asked Charlotte to bring her beautiful travelling shop with her so we could buy supplies to continue creating and also buy gorgeous gifts 🎁 She is so creative and clever.

You can find Charlotte with her stall on the last Sunday of the month at the Artisan Market in Newbury's Northbrook Street.

And definitely back at Treetops in the Spring 🌸

Join us this Saturday evening (8 November, 5:30–6:45pm) for a relaxing Sound Bath at St George’s Church, Wash Common, Newbury.

Imagine lying beneath the church’s beautiful barrelled ceiling, surrounded by twinkling lights, on a heated floor with a cosy blanket. Let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, koshi bells, and chimes wash over you — calming your mind and restoring your body.

There are many benefits to experiencing a Sound Bath:

💖 Soothe the nervous system
✨ Support healing and balance

This is a new collaboration between Treetops and The Church of St George the Martyr, Wash Common, Newbury, please support the event, you are invited to stay for warm drinks afterwards.

A beautiful autumnal Heart & Soul Retreat Day with .chronicles and myself.

Our lovely group enjoyed a gentle and stretching yoga class to start the day, followed by a snack and cuppa and catch up with everyone.

Today's Wellbeing Activity was all about looking after your gut biome and we made sauerkraut with red cabbage. Great fun. Everyone has gone home with their own jar and wooden spoon 💜

The sun was golden and autumnal this morning, so everyone got outside for some fresh air and time outside exploring the grounds or just chatting under a tree, on a bench or around the outside table with books and magazines.

After a delicious lunch, another winner, Chickpea & Saffron stew with jacket potatoes and roasted spiced broccoli. Followed by warm ginger cake and ice cream.

Rachel led a gentle and calming aroma yoga session after lunch with eucalyptus, orange and lavender oils, alongside some yin yoga holds. And just as everyone was getting cosy and sleepy under their duvets and eye pillows, Rachel and I swapped places and I finished the day with a gentle Sound Bath.

Thank you for coming everyone, it was a lovely and relaxing day 🧡🌳🧡
