I'm a member of the Association of Reflexologists. They provide information, support, advice and training. To be a member you have to have been trained to an acredited standard, to have insurance and to adhere to their code of conduct.
They have a new website, which looks really user friendly. There is a find a reflexologist section, so it should be super easy to find a reflexology treatment near you.

I've been busy sowing and potting up sunflower seedings. I'm planning on gifting a sunflower plant to every client after a reflexology treatment (while stocks last!! But don't worry I have a lot!!)

I have just completed a Reflexology in Oncology course with Butterfly Touch Therapies Training.

As ever with reflexology, we are treating the person not the condition, but this course has provided me with insights in to the care, condsideration and cautions for someone diagnosed with cancer and guidelines and praactices for adapting treatments for them. It is accredited by The Association of Reflexologists

Why do you go for a walk?
Is it for fresh air, peace and quiet, to clear your head?

To be in nature, notice the seasons or be in a beautiful place?
Is a walk a way to spend time with someone?

Did you know....nearly a quarter of the bones in your body are found in your feet!
Each foot has 26 bones, 33 joints, more than 100 tendons, muscles and ligaments. There as over 7000 nerve endings and 250 000 sweat glands!

Maybe take some time to just notice your feet today. ☺
