New courses start the week beginning Monday 10th November.

❄️Mondays 10am Stute (10th Nov - 15th Dec)

❄️Mondays 6pm Pensioners’ Village Hall (10th Nov -15th Dec)

❄️Wednesday 10am Quaker Meeting House, Miller Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme (12th Nov - 17th Dec)

6 week courses £45.

£10 drop ins if there are spaces left.

You are welcome to switch day / time if there’s space to do so 😁🙏🏼

Do you get the feeling you missed the boat?

Well… 🤔 you may have missed the beginning of our new yoga courses this week (we have officially set sail!) but that doesn’t mean you can’t still join us.

If you were unable to make it to class this week, but you’d still like to benefit from a discount for committing to the next 5 weeks of these blocks, drop me a direct message, and I’ll arrange a special boat ticket for slightly late folk.

We will get you in a dingy, catch up with the main boat that set sail this week, and get you aboard!

Classes are running …

🍂Mondays 6pm Audley Pensioners’ Village Hall (up to 3rd Nov)

🍂Wednesday 10am Stoke Quaker Meeting House, Miller Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme (up to 5th Nov)

This is the last opportunity to join the main mother ship 🛳️ , however, if you like to hop on board for a single session this is ALSO absolutely fine. Drop in sessions are now £10.

The bears have got it right! When the long, dark, cold winter arrives, they have a stretch out, a big yawn, make themselves especially comfortable, and settle down to sleep for the next few months in a snug den, away from ‘civilised’ society. They slow their breathing and heart rate down (to about two breaths and four beats per minute!) and they relax - really relax!

We will be taking a leaf out of the brown bear’s book, practicing a lovely gentle, full-body stretch out (all of the best yoga poses... the ones the bears would approve of... the ones you want to stay in forever!), we’ll be using yogic breathing techniques to really calm down the nervous system, we’ll do some soothing meditation before finding our perfect savasana, our perfect blanket and relaxing... really relaxing! After our hibernation we’ll wake rejuvenated to a tasty hot chocolate (with extra marshmellows) and ready to take on the winter!
