No rugby this weekend meant more family time!

I took a few extra days off training since Hyrox on Wednesday to fully recover.

Back to it this week with training ... I cant avoid it forever 😬😂
Rugby clinics are back too 🙌

Hyrox doubles completed 🙌

Reflecting over the past few days and finally coming to the conclusion that I am actually proud of myself for completing another hyrox 😬

I've trained my ass off for the last 9months or so and the main focus being on my weaknesses (which there is alot of 😂).

BTW when does running ever get easier!!?

Feeling guilty that i potentially held my sister back on the runs and making her start the majority of stations despite the 'ill go first on them all zo, 'ill be fine' 🤔😂.
Especially considering Zo is 10months post partum ... I mean bloody incredible!!!!🥰🥰

Thanks to for the biggest push and support throughout training and on the day🥰

Now to focus on Hyrox Singles in December 💪

Celebrating 5 years of K Beauty last night 🥂🫶

These girls are where it all started for my private physio practice, they welcomed me into a salon they worked at and helped me to gain a client base🤗.
Opening their own salon and welcoming me to work with them for some of my aesthetic treatments. The most supportive team💃.
