Yesterday at Florence House was full of fun and flavour!

In the morning, our residents took part in a Ready, Steady, Cook activity and made the most adorable shoe-shaped cookies to celebrate National Brown Shoe Day. 👞🍪

Then in the afternoon, we turned up the festive spirit with Rock & Roll Christmas featuring Jim & Sandra — plenty of singing, dancing and smiles all around! 🎄🎸✨

We’re excited to celebrate the festive season together on Saturday 20th December, 2pm–4pm!
Enjoy an afternoon filled with raffles, tombola, food, refreshments, and a special live performance by Lori from 2:30pm–3:30pm. 🎤💫

What a fantastic time we had last week at Florence House!

Our residents and staff loved our 60s party, singing and dancing along to the amazing Lori — she always brings such wonderful energy! 🎤💃

And of course, we ended the celebration with a delicious 60s-themed buffet, which everyone enjoyed. 🍰✨

A fabulous day had by all! 👍

🙏 Yesterday our residents at Florence House enjoyed their monthly visit from Rev Chris from St Andrew’s Church. It was a lovely afternoon filled with songs, prayers, and peaceful reflection. 🎶✨

💚 Friday Fun at Florence House! 💚

Our residents enjoyed a lovely morning in the hairdressers, followed by a fun-filled afternoon celebrating Children in Need! 🧸✨

We got stuck into activity packs, tucked into cupcakes 🧁, and even our staff and hairdresser joined in by wearing their PJs for the day! 🎉

A wonderful day full of smiles and community spirit.

🎳 Yesterday our residents had a fantastic time bowling — with one resident even scoring a strike! 🎉👏 After all the excitement, everyone relaxed with some delicious food and drinks in the bar area. 🍔🥤 A brilliant day full of fun and laughter! 💛
