Tuesday 18th November is the most amazing chill out session The Floating Frequency at Clarity Pool Hire in Market Drayton ( its only 20 mins from newcastle)
It is the most serene setting in the country, a wonderful indoor heated pool with the ultimate spa vibes.
An hours floating soundbath followed by a refreshing 30 min swim. Chance to sit, chill & chat too. Such a beautiful session guarenteed to totally relax and rejuvenate.

How bloody awesome is that 👏 😀 🥰

Well we did it! We've raised over £1,400 with our third Mow Cop charity well-being day and I can't thank all our sponsors and everyone who came along enough for supporting this community event. Here's to next year 😁😁😁

What an absolutley fantastic day at the mow cop charity well being day 😀 back to back sessions, a huge amount of love & positive feedback, rooms full of practioners doing amazing work, rooms full of happy & very relaxed people 🥰

An abundance of self love and people testing out what works for them. And all so the pensioners have a wonderful xmas ❤️

I have met so many amazing people today with the biggest of hearts. I am so grateful to be invited back again this year its been a true privilege to be a part of something so magical!

Well done to Kerryanne Clancy at Real-ease massage therapy & treatments for organising it all and to everyone who helped to make it possible. You are all amazing!! ❤️
