As of next week we will be trying out an extra chair yoga class on Friday 23rd to add to the Wednesday class .. same time..
11am-12pm

Evening class 6-7.30pm is cancelled due to amber warning..

Happy New Year everyone ( sorry it’s a bit late!) I’ve been busy becoming a Grammy ⭐️💙⭐️

First day back at the studio today…
However, the universe has other ideas!

So with all this gorgeous snow we’re having to postpone the back to the studio day!
