Every day we have a yoga and meditation class…including tonight… for a month we’ll have a gong bath 🤩🎉😀🥰✨

That’s EVERY meditation on our schedule will include GONGS 🤩🎉😀🥰✨

AND for the same cost of a regular 30 minute meditation..so FREE for members. £7 just for meditation OR if you do yoga and meditation it’s just £10 soo it’s basically free or £2 !!

ALSO… whoever wins the HALLOWEEN fancy dress/ fancy pumpkin 🎃 👻 🧙‍♂️🧛‍♀️🧟‍♀️tonight at Yoga and Meditation 6-7.30pm
Will get a private gong bath for their friends and family 🎉🤩😀✨⭐️
Or REIKI treatment for themselves.

This organisation was founded by Sri Paramahansa Yogananda and brought to the west from India.

It’s powerful Kriya Yoga techniques to evolve body, mind and spirit.

Can you just join the group?
You usually would start by reading the autobiography of a yogi and if you are compelled by the book and would like to find out more then you can apply for lessons in Kriya yoga and then you would be welcomed to join our group and meditate with us.
