Hi, from now on I will be using Equicantis for my client records.

For existing clients it will mean I need to transfer your details (makes it a good time to check if all my information is correct and up to date) to this system so when you book your next appointment I will ask you for an email address to send you an onboarding form for you to complete and this email would be where i would send any report to etc. This will only need to be done once and anyone with multiple animals can add them all at the same time.
If anybody wants to do this now rather than waiting until they book their next appointment just send me your email and I will send the form.
Any problems with this and I can just add your details at the time of your appointment but it would save some time if it was done beforehand.
