103lbs GONE in ONE WEEK at Cross Heath Slimming World 🤯🎉

Cross Heath absolutely smashed it on Wednesday with an incredible 103lb loss, and I honestly couldn’t be prouder 😍

This is what happens when real-life Food Optimising, consistency and support come together. The determination, support and hard work in group is second to none💪✨

I know sometimes the numbers hit harder than just words, so let me say this.

Last night was our third group of the year. So far in January, my members have lost 348lbs. That's almost TWENTY FIVE stones in 21 days. My members between them have lost more than a stone EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

When I promise this works, and I promise I can help you lose weight, feel amazing, and own 2026 as your year, I mean it.

I'm here at Iceland Food Warehouse in Trent Vale this morning, spreading the word about our amazing Cross Heath Slimming World group and letting everyone know how life changing it can be!

I also managed to grab a picture with the store celebrity Emma, who not only has lost a staggering 17 STONES but also manages the Slimming World promotion at the store! What a hero on a fabulous journey!

There's still pancakes left too so if anyone wants to come and say hello and grab something delicious whilst they're here, be quick!

We're hitting the headlines again!

The incredible Steve is in today's Sentinel giving his story of success after joining Cross Heath Slimming World - and this story made me really emotional 🥹

I do this for everyone, but there's something special about seeing another bloke walk in and to see that immediate relief on their face when they see other men with the same goal, and me as the consultant, knowing that they're not alone. Nobody should feel ashamed to admit they need help losing weight, there is no stigma - I want to help. Guys, there's no shame. You're not alone. 😍

I'm absolutely stunned by how well the members of Cross Heath Slimming World did last night and how much weight they lost! In just one week, my members lost 141lbs, which is over TEN STONES!

That result means that in January alone, Cross Heath has lost 214.5lbs - over 15 stones gone in 2026 already.

Three members picked up their half stone award in their very first week!

We gave out 8 awards, including one 5.5 stone award!

Cross Heath Slimming World is award-winning for a reason - because our members eat well, lose weight, and feel great!
