Don't forget it's yin yoga on Sunday (19th) - 10am - 11.30am in Dinnington Memorial Institute (the building with the 'community library' sign, just left of the Village Hall).
If you've not tried yin before it's all floor based & involves finding a supported version of a shape - one that give you just the right amount of stretch for you, in the moment - & then trying to relax through the muscles so the deeper, connective tissues can start to slowly release.
It's honestly my favourite style of yoga, & I'd love you to come & join us 🩢

Focusing on breath awareness in of this week's classes 😊
And it's ☯️ YIN WEEK ☯️ so an especially lovely breath focused 90 minutes on Sunday!
Thursday:
Slow & Steady (gentle hatha) 6pm - 7pm
Slow & Sleepy yoga for relaxation 7.15pm - 8.15pm
Friday:
Slow & Steady (gentle hatha) 10am - 11am
Sunday:
Slow & Stretchy Yin yoga

In yin yoga we use props to find our version of a shape
Relax the muscles as best we can.
And find a level of stillness we can hold.
Yin yoga - the most satisfying balance between relaxation & stretch πŸ’•

For a lot of people it can be the breath, but for others bringing an awareness of the senses, or to the body's natural movements can be more effective.
