So happy that I manage to get out in the garden today!
And no, I'm not a magician, this is one of my favourites from last year - but there were lots of green shoots starting to peep through, & I spent a lovely hour or so pottering about pulling up weeds & tidying fallen twigs (& abandoned dog toys πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ)

Has your range of motion reduced due to lifestyle, age, or injury?
Do you struggle to rest when you stop moving?
Do you feel tight but not in any particular muscles?
Maybe yin yoga could help?
We find supported yoga shapes that allow us to slowly & gently target the deeper tissues of the body - the fascial system that surrounds & intertwines with muscles & other tissues.
Holding these supported shapes for several minutes at a tie allows gravity & time itself to work on those deeper tissues, whilst you find rest stillness alongside sensation physically, an easier place for many to find restful.
Next 90 minute class is Sunday15th Feb, 10am, Dinnington Memorial Institute.

Today's down dog was more like a springing rabbit πŸ‡
Because lifting my heels & really bending my knees let's me lifting my hips really high, and that gives me space to let my head be really loose.
And that feels good on my back.
And feeling good in my body, finding the stretch that I need right now, is my kind of yoga.
Whether or not my heels reach the floor πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
