Newcastle council are alienating disabled people from the city centre....not everyone can walk, rude a bike or get the bus.....

I have been called many things.....but being called " that thing" is blocking the isle (ie; me in my wheelchair)😔 all people have to do had to do is say 3 words: excuse me please....not rocket science👍
