We're currently experiencing some issues with our internet connect at NPC Ponteland. Because of this, SystmConnect is currently unavailable.

Our reception team works hard to answer your call as quickly as possible, but sometimes the volume means longer wait times for patients.

If you are in a rush, or don't have the time to make a phone call, you can submit a request online through SystmConnect. Submitting a request through SystmConnect is quick and easy; just complete the form and someone from the practice will be in touch.

Do you use a FreeStyle Libre system?

If you experience any issues with your device's sensor, you need to report it to the manufacturer.

They will replace your device and deliver it to your house for free.

Faults could include:
🔹 The sensor has fallen off
🔹 You receive an error message
🔹 The sensor is faulty or broken

Help protect your little ones from becoming seriously unwell this winter by getting them vaccinated against flu.

Parents or guardians will receive a text message with instructions on how to book an appointment at one of our flu clinics.

Patients told us they were struggling to pre-book 12-weekly injections and were facing delays. We’ve made changes — our nursing team can now book appointments 12 weeks in advance, so your next injection or blood test is sorted ahead of time.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for parts of our region.

Rain, sleet and snow may cause disruption from 19:00 Thursday 12 February until 12:00 Friday 13 February.

The UKHSA has also issued a Yellow Cold Health Alert from 06:00 Friday 13 February until 08:00 Monday 16 February.
