What a day! A year ago I added baby massage onto the timetable. This proved to be a lovely follow on from the pregnancy yoga but is open to all. I’ve run 3 groups. What I had not anticipated was how supportive, and inclusive these new Mums would become to each other. Today we held a celebration party including the women who had just delivered. The youngest baby was 12 days and the oldest 9 months. What a fabulous group. All brought food, we had mulled wine and a quiz. There were toys and mats for the babies. Lots of chat, laughing and sharing.
The next baby massage course starts on Tuesday 3rd Feb 2026 10-11am for 5 weeks. The cost is £45.

Sunday rest and reset Yoga starts tomorrow in The Garden Room at the Biscuit Factory. 5:30pm - for an hour of gentle movement, breath works and restorative practice.
You don’t have to be bendy or have done yoga before. Lots of alternatives, with the yoga at a slow gentle pace.

Attachment is one of the most fundamental foundations for a child’s healthy growth.
