Exciting news — Saturday sessions have been added to the winter class plan! 🧘🏻♀️❄️
Our Tuesday sessions at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM will continue to run as long as there’s demand, so if you want to keep that midweek movement going, be sure to book in! 🧘🏻♀️
There are only 6 Tuesday sessions & 3 Saturday sessions left in 2025, so let’s finish the year feeling strong, centered, and energised.
Classes will return in 2026, but let’s keep those bodies moving through the winter! ❄️✨
