✨ Pilates Update! ✨

Exciting news — Saturday sessions have been added to the winter class plan! 🧘🏻‍♀️❄️

Our Tuesday sessions at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM will continue to run as long as there’s demand, so if you want to keep that midweek movement going, be sure to book in! 🧘🏻‍♀️

There are only 6 Tuesday sessions & 3 Saturday sessions left in 2025, so let’s finish the year feeling strong, centered, and energised.

Classes will return in 2026, but let’s keep those bodies moving through the winter! ❄️✨

Huge thanks to all the parents for bringing your little pumpkins along — we loved seeing those flying witch balances and creepy cat stretches! 🧟‍♂️💪

Inspiring confidence, movement, and smiles is what it’s all about. 💫

The feedback for the session really highlights how much our littles look up to us & how important it is to make exercise fun … even if it does involve wrapping you up in toilet roll 💀
