Heading out of clinic for Christmas so wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to our wonderful clients and to Tyne Amateur Rowing Club. What a privilege to work with you all.
We wish you a very Merry Christmas!

Hi everyone 👋

I am doing well following the reconstruction of my Anterior Cruciate ligament in my left knee, just over 2 weeks ago. This is the main ligament that stabilises the knee so important for any multi directional movement - particularly netball! I now have a brand new ligament that has been made from my hamstring tendon 👍💪

I'm trying hard to be patient and follow my own advice 🤔😃 but I am also enjoying the time at home to rest and recover and get ready for Christmas.

Appointments are still available with Katherine, who is holding the fort on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. See all availability and book in to see her and me in the New Year at www.physio-smart.com
