Eeeek! Proud to share that I’ve completed my Person-Centred Counselling Skills qualification !!! 🤩 nice lil a meaningful milestone as I continue my journey in holistic wellbeing and therapeutic practice 🧘‍♀️

With my background in Psychology which I graduated from at Northumbria Uni in 2023, this is a little refresher from my undergrad studies! And with my intention to pursue higher levels of learning, This was another exciting stepping stone along the way 😊

This training also strengthens the way I support others through mind-body connection, trust, and embodied presence.

It really deepened my awareness on all aspects, which I can now bring to all parts of my life, and of course here at the work I do at Spiritual Baddie ✨

From connecting with nature picking fresh rosemary & figs, yoga outdoors with beautiful views of the mountains, a trip to Villa Franca town, to making cacao with love and sharing it with the family whilst honouring our ancestors. Active listening can boost all aspects of your life. Especially listening to educational podcasts, and those dedicated to proving well-being!
They stimulate imagination, can reduce screen time and also create community.

I am such a big fan of a good podcasts, some I listen to over and over. And some even daily!

I’m also always on the look out for podcast that can potentially be life changing.

Hello Autumn 🍂 🥰
I’m usually slowing down on the autumn equinox but this year I’ve been the most sociable I think I’ve been ALL YEAR.

Here’s a pic of me in the club ( obvs) 1am after a full week of clubs, raving and connection 🤩 perfectly imperfect & unapologetically ME !

And it’s been the most healing process ever. I’ve allowed myself to have fun with no guilt or worry, after recent relapses in my health and recovering from injuries (which I’m sure il talk more about on here soon when I’m ready, hence the quietness) it’s been a tough year but this autumn equinox has really brought something out in me.

Little part of me is like ‘hmm is this balance tho?’ I’m like well yes… it is. Because I still rest & do my practice, I’m receiving instead of offering 24/7. And I’m saying yes to what I want, and no when I really need to say no. It’s took me a long time to say NO. And I’ve made it to that point.

The whole point of spiritual baddie is to do what ya want when ya want be yourself love yourself and trust the process. Be unapologetically YOU! (Of course, do what you want within reason as long as you don’t hurt yourself or others!!!) but yaaaaaah… stepping back into my power. FULL POWER MODE ❤️

Thank you to all the humans who have made this week so beautiful. So much dancing, connection and love. Forever grateful. Stepping into the season on a HIGH 🤩🥰
