This lady was disproportionately large such that it had an impact on her ability to do exercise including surfing, as well as clothes and wetsuits fitting well. She also had problems with rashes underneath, which is very common in women with some sagging and can cause discomfort and infections.
Her reduction has improved her symmetry and given her a proportionate size, not only improving the appearance but also having a big impact on her ability to enjoy her hobbies!
After photos are at 4 months and so the scar redness is still quite apparent. Usually takes up to a year (sometimes longer) for this to silver and fade

Amazing first day of cosmetic breast surgery at our brand new hospital,
Been a couple of years of hard graft with to design and build the place between us. And of course Helen, my practice manager, now hospital manager, working harder than us all!

This lovely patient has undergone a significant transformation with a large volume reduction. She felt that she wanted to maintain a reasonable size rather than going smaller. She’s achieved a fantastic result at 2 months post op.

This lovely patient wanted to achieve a proportionate size with a full but natural cleavage. We achieved this with a 380cc moderate profile round soft silicone gel implant on top of the muscle. The after photos are at 3 months.
