🚨After delaying price increases for 2 years we have now updated the price list to reflect the cost of living, the industry’s rising pricing and the specialty service we offer, including medical acupuncture and a mobile service.

🕰️ Now offering a 90-minute session time.

💸 Cash is our preferred payment method.

🚗 I will now be covering certain areas on certain days to make time more efficient. If you require an appointment on a day that I am not based in your area, extra travel costs will be applied (if I am able to meet the request).

Knots, trigger points, spasms… they can all be very common in the trapezius muscles causing pain and limited range of movement

Start of a new week✨

New client suffering from shoulder pain. The pain was only felt in the left shoulder but after assessment we found both shoulders required treatment due to muscular tightness and spasms 🐙
