Unstoppable….

The more unstoppable we appear, the more likely we are to need the stopping, very much.

And there is zero shame in it.

Do not fall into the trap of believing you must appear to be unphased by the myriad loops in this rollercoaster. Like a teen at the fairground with the cool kids.

Hands up in the air when it’s fun, head down when it’s scary, and when it stops… get off and take a break.
