Su***de is the leading cause of death for men under 50 in the UK. In the North East, the rate is even higher than the national average.

Yesterday, we did something about it.

We focussed on mindset, nervous system regulation, and breathwork-one of the fastest ways to calm the body, reduce cortisol, and shift into ‘rest and digest.’ We practiced together. We breathed together. Then we proved the power of breath—breaking arrows and bending rebar with the throat.

50+ men connected with their physiology, unlocked primal power, and supported each other through challenges most never imagined facing.

You’re not alone. Jaw tension and TMJ issues affect loads of people – especially those dealing with stress, posture strain, or grinding teeth at night.

Wellness Wednesday 🌿

Let’s talk knees and legs—two parts of the body we rely on every single day, often without giving them much thought… until they start to ache.

Whether it’s a twinge when you’re walking upstairs, a dull ache after a long day, or stiffness after sitting too long, your legs and knees could be asking for a bit more love and care.

Osteopathy can be a brilliant way to support lower limb health. It’s a hands-on therapy that looks at the body as a whole—so if your knees are hurting, an osteopath might look at your hips, feet, and even posture to get to the root of it. Gentle manipulations and exercises can help ease pain, improve movement, and reduce strain on those joints doing all the heavy lifting.
