Chase Park is a specialist neurological care home in Newcastle / Gateshead. We provide rehabilitation services to people with neurological and long-term nursing conditions. Our purpose is to promote service users' well-being and to work with them ensuring their best interests are respected while assisting adults that require long-term nursing needs as well as those moving back into independent living after a period of rehabilitation. Chase Park supports adults of all ages, abilities and disabilities. We aim to promote the independence, inclusion and well-being of people with support needs. We do this by working with individuals, their families, and partner agencies to deliver innovative, high quality services that meet the individual’s needs and aspirations in a person-centred way. Chase Park Neuro Centre is a 60 bedded centre based over 2 buildings surrounded by accessible gardens and is next to Chase Park and Whickham Town Centre. The grounds and park provide a tranquil setting for care, therapy and rehabilitation. Chase Park Neuro Centre has an on-site Health Club with facilities that have been specifically designed to be fully accessible for people of all ages and abilities.

We're looking forward to our Christmas fair and raffle this Saturday 🎅

Join us for a fun-filled day filled with Christmas activities, games and treats 🍬🧑‍🎄🎄

At Chase Park, we’re proud to support adults of all ages, abilities, and disabilities 💙

Whether providing long-term nursing care or helping someone regain confidence and independence after rehabilitation, our focus is always on the individual.

With the support of our on-site Occupational & Physiotherapists, residents can take part in tailored sessions designed to promote recovery, build skills, and enhance quality of life.

Every step is taken with one goal in mind, ensuring residents’ best interests are respected and their wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do 💫

Christmas is coming to Newcastle, and we're getting into the spirit!

🏡Our grounds are well set back from any main roads, and the park provides a setting for care, therapy, and rehabilitation.

The buildings themselves are shaded by tall, mature trees, which provide an added benefit as a view out of many external-facing room windows 🌲✨
