I've had a little bit of time off from social media. I am back replying to messages but will probably remain on a reduced schedule for posting.

I HAVE SOME NEWS...at the end of April I will be stepping back from offering Sports Massage at . Unfortunately I don't have the energy to give the job what it needs so it's time I walk away and give the opportunity to someone else more capable.
