Last week Dr Ceri Sutherland, IDOS Director and Sleep Specialist, ran the French Riviera Marathon 🤯👏🏻

This run was not only a physical achievement (42km!) but the training has helped Ceri keep calm and positive, taking the time to focus on herself, and we couldn’t be prouder!
