*Initial Consult with results analysis and full health history review (roughly 1 hour) £250
*Follow on Consult with new results (roughly 1 hour) £175
*RCP Information Session with no results or intake forms (1 hour) £150

RCP Testing UK: (Full Monty Panel)

The RCP Panel is a practitioner only order from Medichecks. I can order these for you if you are working with me or if you are working with another RCP Consultant over seas.

*Basic RCP Panel: Magnesium RBC, Zinc, Copper, Ceruloplasmin, Haemoglobin, Iron Serum, ferritin, transferrin saturation. (without Vit D and A) £169.
£35 for the blood draw if needed
*Premium RCP Panel: As above PLUS Vit D and A. £210

*A nurse home visit can also be arranged for £59 for the blood draw if preferred or you can visit a local clinic for £35.

*HTMA (hair test) is £75.

Consultation Process - World wide consults via zoom which are recorded for you to watch back.

Consult details:

• Initial consultations are roughly an hour long and via zoom which can be recorded. Prior to the consult you will receive my intake forms with relevant historic test results so I can build up your full health history and review your blood and hair tests. You will receive a report of recommendations after our discussion.
• Working with me as your RCP coach is individual to each client, I am a health educator and usually see people once a year for an MOT with new results.
• When people get started they usually book in for a 30 min follow up sessions to review progress and ensure they are on the right path.
• More complex cases sometimes require additional meetings. It all depends on your needs and how much support you require.

Catherine is the founder of GrassRoots Healing and has been researching natural health for the last 25 years as part of her own wellbeing journey. She is a PhD Chemist by training with additional HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) training by Dr Rick Malter, and a Root Cause Protocol Consultant, coached by Morley Robbins in the first ever RCP training group. She is also an RCP training tutor/mentor for new RCP graduates.
Catherine had been given the typical labels hashimotos, pyroluria, CFS, ME, MTHFR, adrenal fatigue and mitochondrial dysfunction along her healing path and restored her health by bringing her body back into balance by supporting the key minerals, addressing emotional blockages and understanding the ‘root’ of cellular energy production and fundamental blockages.
“I see myself primarily as a health educator and am passionate in helping others restore their chronic health conditions by looking at mind and body to achieve whole mineral balance.
