This is a class for both beginners and those experienced at Pilates (but not VERY high level). It is good to improve flexibility and core strength and should help with musculoskeletal pain. It is ideal for those of you now working from home - don't forget to get up from your desk and move you body! Join us for a nice break from your desk to invigorate and energise. No travelling involved and no need to worry about what you look like!

This is a new exercises class funded by BIG LOTTERY COVID 19 for a charity supporting the Bangladeshi community - BOLO - in the North East. It is a very gentle class involving basic stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercises. Hopefully it will help ladies in the North East both physically and mentally during the lockdown. It will run for 20weeks. All ladies welcome.
