For anyone going through body image or eating struggles YOU ARE NOT ALONE

I struggled myself for YEARS but have finally reached a place where I feel comfortable in my skin (most of the time).

That’s after several rounds of therapy, regular mindfulness practice and meditation, lots of unfollowing, unlearning unhealthy thought patterns and replacing them with ones that serve me much better, and a whole lot of relapse. But recovery IS possible, and it’s possible FOR YOU ❤️

One of the things I love the most about mindfulness is how you can apply it to everyday life - it’s not about setting time aside to meditate (although that can be part of it too)

You will find that you will still experience the benefits WITHOUT having to find extra time in your day to practice

That’s because you can apply it to what 👏 you’re 👏 already 👏 doing 👏

Seriously though, how cool is that?!
