About Sacred State..

Helping you to grow, find purpose and restore you back to your Sacred State.

Hi I’m Clare, I coach people to tap into their full potential, whilst working on removing any self-limiting beliefs and blocks which maybe holding them back. I work with people to make them feel more balanced and therefore aligned with their true nature. Through my coaching they are then able to visualise exactly what they want and how to effectively get there. My role is to serve you as a coach and help turn your dreams into reality, but I would like to hopefully inspire you by sharing how I made my own life transformation too.

My background is in the music industry, including owning a successful PR and artist management company in London. I was also a mentor for ‘Sound Woman’, helping professional woman overcome challenges in their music industry careers. I began to realise that my passion was not only in music, but even more so in helping people to grow, find purpose and feel more balanced in all aspects of their life.

As my passion for the music industry dwindled, along with feeling the negative effects of the unhealthy lifestyle that went with it, I quit my business and went to live in Rishikesh, India. It was here at the foothills of the Himalayas where the Ganges runs through it, that I knew I wanted a career change and a more holistic approach to life. During my time here I completed my 200 hours yoga teacher training, my reiki 1 & 2 and learnt the art of sound healing. I was ready for a new chapter, had gained new skills and more importantly felt like I had reconnected with myself again.
