Hello to you all,

Throughout lock down I have been temporarily closed, heeding to government advice. As always happy still to give limited advice by email and on the phone.

I will be opening soon adhering to strict infection control,
such as asking for you to wear a mask or take one provided.

Back from a week away in Kintail, the Scottish Highlands. I couldn't help myself while away on holidays, one particular day a boat trip we took had me happily, giving advice to a boat full of people. It surprises me how providing a few simple tips on pain relief for specific locations, can help relieve pain from the heel to the lower back.
