Evaluating an intervention really helps to evidence the true impact and experiences that an individual may gain.
It was a pleasure working with Dr Thuli Whitehouse in evaluating the impact of a doctors’ retreat she put together for GP’s. Amazing to see that building their resilience gave them a boost, helping them manage their mental health and wellbeing and positively improving their work life.
