❤️Face to face Friday ❤️

I lost 5 stone with slimming world , 17 years ago! And I’m still keeping that 5 stone off ! my dream was to still be able to live life to the max and enjoy my food. And I do and always have done .

Food is joy to us slimmers & if “food noise “ was turned off in my head I’d be devastated and so sad. We need to nourish our bodies with healthy food - I’ve need to feel energised to get through my super busy every day life .

IMindset and behaviour change is needed for long term success, be prepared to make changes and embed those changes for life .

slimming world has taught me sooo much for the years and totally changed my relationship with food and activity which is needed for long term success .
