Established in 1981, Equine Products UK is a pioneer in the equine supplements market. From our fully licensed facilities in North East England, the company formulates and manufactures an extensive range of high quality nutritional equine supplements, aimed at maintaining equine health and helping the horse achieve its maximum genetic potential. It is now widely accepted that modern agricultural methods produce basic feeds that frequently lack all the necessary nutrients essential to the health and wellbeing of horses and ponies. All Equine Products supplements comply with guidelines laid down by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate, for complementary feeds, as well as with the guidelines set out by both the British Horseracing Authority and FEI regarding prohibited substances. As well as supporting many top riders and trainers, Equine Products offers all customers one-to-one nutritional advice, which is important in ensuring that the right product is being selected and is used with maximum effect.

💡we recommend having a couple of small-hole hay nets at different heights around the stable, adding a stable mirror and toys or incorporating some massage, stretching and in-hand exercises into your routine.

With winter arriving and grazing time dropping, some horses don’t take to dried forage with the same enthusiasm as fresh grass. 💚 Less chewing and longer gaps between eating can lead to excess acidity in the stomach, which may show up as windsucking, crib biting, weaving or a drop in appetite and condition.

🐴A look back at Susie Berry Eventing’s 2025 season! 🍀

We’re proud to have talented Irish event rider Susie Berry on team EPUK and we wanted to take you through some of the highlights of her season…

Susie, who’s based in Northamptonshire, has enjoyed wins at Aston le Walls, Little Downham, Upton House, Thoresby, Riseholm, Oasby and more!

A clear high was being selected to represent team Ireland at the European Championships at Blenheim Horse Trials with her the talented mare Clever Trick, and this great partnership also completed Badminton 5* back in May!

Susie wrapped her season in fine style, scoring a top ten finish in the CCI-L 4* at Boeklo with John the Bull - such an exciting horse to look out for next year. That was swiftly followed by a 14th place in the CCI-S 3* with SRS Coolkeran and 3rd place with Magesland Harriot in the CCI-S 2*, both at Bicton International.

We hope Susie’s had the chance to get some rest in before the hard work starts again for the 2026 season!

Our Story

In 2020 Equine Products UK Ltd entered its 39th year in business. From its base in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Equine Products UK Ltd manufactures and sell quality horse supplements and tonics worldwide with renowned products such as; Selenavite E, Haemavite B Plus, TransVite Excel and Premier E.

The secret of our products is simple; we use the best ingredients on the market and in the highest quantity. All products manufactured at Equine Products UK Ltd are made at an approved EU manufacturing site, which is licensed under the EU Feed Hygiene Legislation, requirements of which include having a testing programme for heavy metals, dioxins, active ingredients and analytical constituents.

The testing and daily procedures carried out by Equine Products UK Ltd is based around a HACCP plan, and all raw materials used are tested by an official FEI accredited laboratory in Paris prior to being released into the production process.
