Young people can often struggle to communicate their feelings. They can show emotions through their behaviour, how they play or even through silence.

Trust takes time and progress isn’t always a straight line, but with patience and care these challenges can be overcome.🫶

🤶 Norah’s North Pole needs your help!
Every year Norah’s North Pole collects toys to make Santa sacks for children in the North East who would otherwise wake up on Christmas morning to no presents, thinking Santa has forgotten them.
This year the list is longer than ever and they need help to make sure they have enough toys to fill all of the Santa sacks.

There are three ways you can help…
🤶Donate gifts from the Amazon list and have them delivered directly to the elves at Norah’s North Pole HQ - https://bit.ly/AmazonNNP2025
🎄 Donate to the GoFundMe page - https://bit.ly/NNP2025
🤶Drop off gift donations to one of the drop off points. They ask that all of the items are new, every child deserves their very own present to open for Christmas.

We need your HELP!

Every year we worry about not having enough toys to fill the Santa sacks for the children on our lists, but this year our lists are longer than they ever have been. Money is tighter and toys are costing more so this year is harder than ever.

There’s so many ways you can help from a simple share of one of the children’s stories, telling your friends about Norah’s North Pole or making a donation either via Amazon, GoFundMe or dropping off toys at one of our Drop Off Points.

Together we can sprinkle a little Christmas kindness ✨ and make sure the children on our list don’t wake up on Christmas morning thinking Santa has forgotten about them. 🤶

It could change your life…

You don’t need a reason to start therapy, sometimes life just gets too heavy and the little things add up.

Having someone to talk to openly is so important.

This year we are supporting Norah's North Pole, to help raise funds and gifts for children who would go without a gift this Christmas.

Jaxon has had a very difficult time at home this year, his Mum re-married and he has a turbulent relationship with his new stepfather. They get into heated arguments, usually about his stepfather’s drinking and his behaviour when he has had a drink.
Jaxon has two younger step-brothers and his Mum suggested it was time Jaxon left the family home. He has bounced around various supported accommodations since leaving home. He feels very sad and very alone. He doesn’t have any other family, so he feels let down by his Mum. He misses his little brothers and being part of a family, but Mum thinks it’s best for Jaxon to stay away.

This will be his first Christmas without his family.

You can help by:
*Donating gifts via the Amazon Wish List and have them delivered directly to the elves at Norahs North Pole HQ
*Donating to the GoFundMe Page
*Dropping off gift donations to one of the local drop off points. All we ask is the items are new, every child deserves their very own new present to open for Christmas.

⭐️WE NEED YOUR HELP⭐️

As Norah’s elves begin to prepare for Christmas 2025, we already know that the need is even greater. More families are struggling, and more children risk waking up to nothing on Christmas morning.

We hate the thought of a child waking up on Christmas morning thinking Santa’s forgotten about them, and so we ask for your help.

Take a second today to be thankful for one thing today. Maybe it’s your morning cup of tea, a good laugh, or just the fact that you made it through another day. Gratitude can be powerful.

When you train your mind to notice the good, everything shifts. Stress hits softer. Joy feels louder. Your whole mindset gets lighter.

A little positivity isn’t pretending everything’s perfect... it’s choosing to change your mindset.

What are you thankful for today?
