This week’s spotlight goes to one of our long-time legends, Sarah Dewar!
Sarah has been part of the Primal family for over 6 years, and she’s one of our Hall of Fame members, having clocked in an incredible 1,000+ sessions! Over the years, she’s been the definition of consistency, always training hard, always smiling, and always bringing positive energy into every session.
She’s made countless friends along the way and is the first to get involved in anything Primal, whether it’s an in-gym challenge or one of our social events. Sarah truly embodies everything our community stands for, supportive, fun, and fiercely committed.
Earlier this year, after completing the Deadly Dozen, Sarah found herself feeling a little lost without a clear target to aim for. So, we sat down and set her some focused training goals, with specific sessions for strength, control, and stability. And since then, it’s like she’s had a total reset, her focus, intensity, and results have gone through the roof!
She’s already added 4kg to her military press in just over a month, and she’s casually smashing walking lunges with 30kg on her back, with flawless control, too! Even without an InBody scan, it’s plain to see how much her shape and strength have transformed recently.
Sarah, you’re an absolute inspiration. You’ve shown that even after years of training, there’s always another level to reach, and you’ve found it in style. We couldn’t be prouder of your effort, consistency, and attitude. Here’s to the next 1,000 sessions!
