Road back to football starts here ⚽️

Connor came into clinic for an assessment of his right knee after a patellar tendon rupture 2 years ago. His goal is to get back playing at semi-pro football level, so today we’re looking at strength, function, and overall confidence in the knee to see where he’s at and what’s needed to move him forward.

It’s not just about recovery, it’s about making sure the knee is ready for the demands of football again 💪

4.5 months post tib/fib fracture and Jack’s putting in the work 💪🦵

His main limiter right now is single-leg hopping, so we’re building strength, control, and confidence through that movement pattern, step by step.

We’re also using the AlterG anti-gravity treadmill to reduce impact during walking and running, so we can manage pain, keep consistency high, and progress function safely back towards full sport.

Before you panic ask:
• Have I increased mileage too quickly?
• Am I skipping strength work?
• Is my pain consistently >5/10?

Small tweaks this week can make a big difference.
And if it’s not settling after 2 weeks let’s assess it properly 🙌🏽
