I’ve been managing osteoarthritis and chronic pain in both knees for years. Now I’m scheduled for a partial knee replacement, in both knees — starting with the right side in a few months.
Image 1. Shows what most of my job looks like: hands-on, ground-level, setting up clients for rehab. Being able to kneel, move, and shift positions is essential — and it’s becoming harder to do that without pain.
image 2. That form’s real.
It’s what’s ahead — and why I’m doing everything I can now to stay strong and to stay moving. Walking the talk — so I can keep showing up for my clients.
This isn’t a sympathy post.
It’s just the reality of what many of us are balancing behind the scenes.
If you’re also trying to keep going while managing pain, I get it.
And if you’re not sure where to start or what’s still possible — you’re welcome to reach out.
There’s nearly always something we can do to help your body feel stronger, more stable, and more like you again.
If you’re dealing with something similar, and tired of working around it — let’s work on it properly.
