Recent study by Dr. Lisa Prendergrast from the CRUK Newcastle Drug Discovery Bioscience Team was published in Nature Communication investigating DNA replication in cancer cells more specifically how they deal with R-loops to proliferate. Confocal images were acquired using Leica TCS SP8 STED at the Bio-Imaging unit assisted by Dr. Rolando Berlinguer-Palmini. Further info can be found here:
