I’m always so happy when it’s someone’s first massage! Knowing they are going to experience a whole new feeling of relief from pain, tension melting away and relaxation👌🏼

I always explain the process and check that the pressure is ok throughout. I also give after care advice/stretches to do to get the most from your massages to prolong the feeling of relaxation and to prolong your range of movement 🤍

Hi everyone just a little introduction to my Page NE Sports Massage. My name is Louisa and I’ve studied for two years doing my VTCT Sports Massage Therapy Level 3 and Level 4. My main interest is Sports Massage however I am enjoying becoming trained in various holistic treatments including Hot Stones Massage and more recently Indian Head Massage. I believe in wellness and connecting the mind, body and soul for overall wellbeing. Get in touch if I can help in your wellness journey.
